Co-founder & Managing Partner

Aditya Khanna

Aditya is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of LexCreate. A graduate of University of California Los Angeles, School of Law, he has specialised in Business and Entertainment Law. Having worked with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office, he has developed a strong foundation in litigation and advocacy. Over the years, Aditya has been actively involved in multiple Company Law and Intellectual Property Law cases in the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. Aditya has also carved a niche in the entertainment industry, representing and advising musicians, social media influencers, and other creative professionals. He has also advised startups in the sustainable fashion and agricultural industry. Beyond his corporate and entertainment law practice, he started an initiative focused on mental health awareness during the pandemic. As the driving force behind LexCreate, Aditya combines his legal expertise, industry knowledge, and passion for innovation to help his clients.

Co-founder & Managing Partner

Sudev Singh

Sudev has specialised experience with commercial legal transactions and works to leverage international and domestic insights for clients. He has worked with a large number of startup enterprises and commercial disputes, both in litigation and arbitration. He has previously worked with EdTech & AI concerns while partnering with the Teach For All global network whilst liaising with underserved institutions across Kenya, Nigeria and the larger African diaspora. He's also advised SDG Innovators building networks and capital to enable craft-led enterprises in building future-ready solutions. Sudev has partnered with NGOs and Heritage Organisations across India with policy making and legal compliance. He also holds significant experience in Real Estate due diligence and litigation.
